Description:

hardfacing welding wire is resistant to more than two types of composite wear.

1) According to its chemical composition, it can be divided into two categories;

Iron-based surfacing wear-resistant welding wire and non-iron-based surfacing wear-resistant welding wire.

Iron-based surfacing welding wire can be divided into high-chromium alloy surfacing welding wire, tungsten carbide surfacing welding wire, etc.

Non-iron-based surfacing welding wire can be divided into cobalt-based surfacing welding wire and nickel-based welding wire.


2) According to the welding wire structure, it can be divided into solid core hardfacing welding wire and flux cored hardfacing welding wire.


Application:

Used for high-hard chromium surfacing of parts subject to hydro-abrasive wear.

HOW TO CHOOSE A GOOD WELDING WIRE SUPPLIER

Ever since Oscar Kjellberg invented first coated electrode in , welding materials keeps updating and now we have thousands kinds of welding wires, tig rods, welding flux, covered electrodes,etc.

1, Approvals

After-production inspection: sample wires will be taken from every batch to test the weldability / chemical compostion & mechanical properties of weld bead. This is very important to ensure all our wires complies with GB & AWS standards.

However same factories, even bigger ones, they don't test every batch as this is very costly, they use same testing data from the begining of one year to the end of this year.
