In addition, we provide value-added processes such as saw cutting, heat treating, contour torch cutting, destructive testing, metallurgical analysis and Level III nondestructive testing for all copper forging. We ensure to deliver a finished product that is ready to be installed.

We can forge bars, disks, blocks, hubs, hollows and rings, as well as producing a variety of unique shapes using custom dies, all in a wide variety of forgeable materials.

To reduce development time for our clients, Weldaloy has put in place a solid pre-production process. This process often includes forging simulations. Our forging simulation verifies that our forging abilities and customer requirements can be met before the order is placed, and before we heat up a part. This ultimately decreases production time, material waste, and allows for a quicker order turnaround for our clients!
