The corrugated compensator can absorb the expansion of the pipeline. The bellows expansion joint is a compensation device that uses the effective expansion and deformation of the elastic elements of the bellows expansion joint to absorb the dimensional changes caused by thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of pipes, ducts or containers.
It can absorb axial, lateral and angular displacement. In hydropower stations behind the dam, corrugated pipes (usually called expansion joints) are usually installed at the indirect joints of the dam and the lower flat section of the penstocks near the volute to compensate for changes in the penstock displacement caused by the direction of water flow and ground settlement.

Description
The stainless steel universal corrugated compensator is installed in the liquid conveying system as a flexible pressure-resistant pipe fitting to compensate the mutual displacement of the connecting end of the pipe or machine and equipment, absorb the vibration energy, and can play the role of vibration reduction, noise reduction, etc., and has good flexibility. Light weight, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, high temperature resistance and many other characteristics. The connection mode of stainless steel corrugated compensator is divided into flange connection, welding, threaded connection and quick joint connection. Small diameter metal hose is generally connected by thread and quick joint. The larger diameter is generally flanged and welded.
Features
